I’m going to be honest and say some of these “top houses” will not be top houses in a couple years. Frats like SigChi DKE SigEp and KSig all have great older guys but awful PC’s so I wouldn’t be surprised if they fall off. The only one that will definitely be fine is SigChi because they’re known just about everywhere so even if the bring in bad PC’s they’ll be alright but other than them the rankings will definitely be shaken up soon

Can’t see dke or sig ep falling off. Even the young guys are motivated to do cool stuff so as long as they do that they will keep the momentum. In fact they’re the ones running he shows now

I’d probably say Pi Kapp and Lambda, and SigChi/DSig will stay up there. Some wild cards I’d say are SNu and SAE because they are newly chartered frats who were top 5-10 years ago and are bigger at other schools

Every frat has a bad pc everyone once in a while, I don’t see any of these houses changing from top besides kappa sig, they’re the ones falling off

this is the biggest myth of greekrank. aside from ksig, who actually did take a horrible pc, the rest of those houses will be fine. if you go to their parties or know guys in those frats, you’d know that their fall PC’s are doing extremely well

it happens all the time frats fall off and another house replaces them.
I could see Sigchi getting kicked and Pike or someone completely falling off the map. SAE and SNu are definitely on the come up

no im not in signu or sae im actually a junior in a top sorority who actually thinks with a reasonable mind and understand how this all works. your reply reeks of a relevant house who’s falling off and will be lower than both of them someday (i got my money on ksig)
