is off campus really that bad?

I was just wondering about off campus frats and if they’re any good? I see a lot of deeks with attractive women on campus but they all seem like sketchy dudes who don’t have much going for themselves no offense. Is this true? Or are they a good frat to join?

DKE has some weird cats forsure, off campus attracts a different kind of person. The women who roll with them are irrelevant don’t praise them too much. Overall choosing if that’s a good or bad thing is for you to decide

To be honest, I'd rather be walking around with an "irrelevant" girl who is a dime, then a chick who is a 7 who is "relevant with sororitys" but you keep it up, you conscious freak.
