They pretty much all do the same thing. Some chapters do more sisterhood type events (big all chapter) then others.

Involvement is a little different. Every chapter has girls that are involved in outside activities. Some make it mandatory to be involved in another org. Honestly wouldn't pick a chapter based on either of these things.
