Most top house or (smart) frats don’t let guys in unless they’re for sure rushing and have signed up through ifc. No bid no invite geed

Its not about being nice or not. It's just that we are the ones putting in all the hard work to throw the awesome parties. We like partying with our own boys. Every guy there is contributing. Why would we let a random stranger come hang out at our house that we pay for, and clean, and set up, and drink our booze? Nobody in there right mind would unless they just felt like being insanely overly generous.
