re-rushing a frat

I have currently been an active in a frat for a semester now and tbh I am not getting the experience that I wanted from it. I was thinking about trying to drop and join another frat but was wondering if I would have to go through the entire process, including the "education" process again. I am currently a junior so I don't wanna lowkey go through all that again. Also, do some frats do second pledge classes or do I have to wait till Spring? Thanks!
