fraternity spring rush

Do all chapters do it, and how is it compared to fall rush?

AT ASU, every fraternity hosts spring rush. I'd say on average, you're looking at PCs that are 1/2 to 1/3 the size of the fall classes though.

if I am transferring as a sophomore next year, will that affect my chances at any fraternities at ASU?
