how is dke a top house when they’re unrecognized

DISCLAIMER: none of this is to be rude. i’m a freshman and i just don’t know how things actually work yet. i’m just curious

everyone always lists dke as a top house but ik panhellenic banned us from ever going to any unrecognized frats parties. i’m just curious as to how they’re still a top house if no sororities are allowed to go. do pan women actually still go and it’s not really as big of a deal as it seems or do girls just not in greek life go?

Everyone still goes haha, freshman girls realize by spring semester every year that you can go you just can't post their letters on social media.
