KD came back in 2015 after a incident at a party and got banned. They have had 3 great PC in a row now. Probably the house mostly on the upswing. Since they were gone for a few years people kinda forgot about them. But they are 100% upper mid tier now. ON greek rank it say had one of the best 2016 east coast pledge classes. Vey cute girls, Nicest girls with no drama,fun, and most diverse ..they have girls from all over the country. There's something for everybody with KD, my best friend is a KD and I know a lot of them. I get a sense they get a lot of out of state great cute girls that dont know anybody so they dont have connections...and the other houses just bypass them. Evey girl in KD I meet is from somewhere new .

They are gaining ground fast since coming back..... no shame is being a KD. Some of the nicest girls on campus. I guarantee you, go to any party and look around and the girls having the most fun are KDs. All around solid house. Great grades,Philo strong, pan love for them.

I kinda agree with the post above. The "so called " top houses blow off so many good girls because they are not connected, a little shy from traveling 1500 miles and not knowing anybody. So the pledge doesn't get a good vibe from the house, /c the house doesn't give them a good vibe. Then they go to houses like KD that are so chill and laid back they feel at home and see themselves fitting in( not clones)...and this is why we are seeing houses like KD thriving.

Solid house. Fun,smart and good looking...REally cant ding them for anything. Laid back as hell.
