the only relevant frats right now

sig chi, kappa sig, delta sig, and pike. not in that order, pike is def new to being a "top" house but they had a good year. other houses like lambda and sig ep are still good. they're just not as popular with girls and dont throw as good of parties.

I agree with this but I think Pike was still considered a top house all last year. And i would Add pi kapp to lower top with sig ep and lambda.
