lower tier frats that could jump next semester?

I’m curious, do people think some less known or lower tier frats atm could potentially jump higher up and gain popularity next semester?

Most of the mid tier could jump to top but all of the low tier aren't going anywhere in that short of a time maybe 2 years or 3 really good semesters. Sae, phi Tau, or sig pi have the best chance of becoming mid.

Any fraternity has the chance to become “top tier” it honestly just depends on the people in the fraternity and how they make the most of it. For ex: delta sig used to be considered bottom tier and now their like one of the top frats at asu!! The ranks change over time depending on the people in it.

I would say like sigma nu and SAE have a pretty good chance depending on how their pledge classes are.
