My mom was a KD and I know some girls in KD. They are beautiful. But why is this not a top house.

Because there is no such thing as “top house” outside of Greek Rank. It’s almost impossible to tell what house a girl is in. Every house at ASU is REALLLLLLLYYY good. They all have absolutely beautiful women in them. Like you will see girls in some houses and be confused why they aren’t in a “top house”.
Tiers are not real. Sorority women don’t care about what tier you are in. Fraternity men definitely don’t care what tier you are in (if you are hot you are hot)

if you're thinking of rushing KD go for it! it doesn't matter if it's a top house, if you like it and fit in with the girls that are in it, you will be fine!

I agree 100% Go with the house you feel best. Once in nobody else cares except you and your sisters. Im living in GLV and have been really impressed with KD. So nice great sisterhood, and fun to go out with.
