How is sig Ep? Heard the last semester was rough cause they got in trouble but otherwise they are top house?

I’ll admit Sigep used to be good but after not having a party for a year and recruiting a bunch of scrubs id say they’re lower top/ upper mid

All the guys in sig Ep are my favorite, they are one of the best looking frats and have the tightest brotherhood. True they couldn’t party for a semester because they were in trouble, but the last pool party they hosted was the most fun I’ve had in college. They are bound for for a crazy semester with being the only top frat in the glv

dont let anybody fool you Sig Ep has been going downhill for more than one semester. they are lucky to even be considered mid tier at this point
