Actually alot of the hot GDI’s are girls who dropped from their sorority. Girls get sick of all the rules. Guarantee if you ask those GDI’s they will say they used to be in a sorority.

I mean yes definitely looks, but also I feel like being really social/fun at parties. And rush is a really really big part of it. Think about it, it's really rare that pnms ever come out of alpha phi dz axo etc and say "wow my conversations were so awkward!" Because the girls in "top" sororitys usually have really good social skills/know how to make pnms feel special even if they know there's like a 1% chance this girl will get invited back. I definitely think personality is also a factor

I think what sets apart the top recruiting chapters on campus is their ability to have great conversations and the ability to make you feel like you are the most important woman going through recruitment. The best recruiting chapters give you all the feels and you walk out and think 'i want to go back' It is not all about the way they look but lets be honest that is a big factor too.

Top recruitmenting houses change every year. The top houses often aren’t the top recruitmenting houses. This is soooo false

Actually not true. The best recruiting houses has been pretty consistent over the past few years. And the top ones are also considered top. Makes sense because the houses with the best return rates have the most girls to choose from.

Honestly, just walk around campus for a bit or check the sorority's IGs, all of the hottest girls are girls not in greek life lol, theres some babes for sure, but walk around campus and the bombshells who give ASU their reputation are GDI's, which is why lots of frat guys like girls who aren't wearing letters at this school.
But to answer your question, aside from looks, if that thought even exists, its all about confidence, wealth, and social media presence.
