honest rushing truth (sororitys pnms)

To any PNM rushing,
This website clearly shows a lot of negativity. No matter what chapter has x,y,z said about them, or stereotypes, there is someone in each chapter you will connect with. Don't rush based off looking at this website. Go off your interactions during rush because I can guarantee you that if you rush a house for the "title" and not for the interaction you will drop later on. I see this happen all the time. If you fit with girls in a "top" "middle" or "bottom" house it doesn't matter in reality. The experience is what you make out of it and there is at least one girl in every chapter you will get along with just fine. I have friends in many different houses and we all get along perfectly fine.

Bump!! Please go through with an open mind. If you’re a “beautiful a1, dime” and you decide not to go for a middle or lower house because of status, you will feel unhappy if that’s where you felt your best, but chose otherwise. You have 4 years to make your experience count. Make it with girls you can see yourself with, not based on what other people say or think.

It actually does matter because as a cute girl who is tall and physically fit, it was hard being in a bottom house and watching top and middle tier girls meet tons of guys and go to frat parties that I never receoved an invite to. Im just pretty quiet and none of the top sororities wanted me other than AXO until I talked to a girl I went to freshman year of high school with 3rd round and they dropped me fter that :( To this day have never been to a kappa sig, sig ep, delta sig, pike, sig tau, or lambda party because my sorority didnt offer those connections. I had to drop because I was throwing myself too many pity parties.
