I m a transfer student coming in for fall. I am a Junior and I am a DZ at my school. We are not too tier, more like bottom tier. Can I still join this DZ chapter?

There are a few other DZs here that transferred from other schools! It doesn't hurt to try, all that matters is if you make a good fit in this chapter :)
