APhi has def fallen due to drama despite being the historical top house, their girls are not as hot anymore either
DZ has a better rep for hot girls who party a lot and are still really genuinely nice
Pi Phi has hot girls too (a lot of blondes... less diverse than DZ) but a bit more classy (at least on the outside) and lowkey so I wouldn’t say they’re prominent enough for #1/2
AXO is genuinely #1/2 material except they tend to go missing after recruitment and are less involved and seem less proud of their letters as most other girls
Theta is dropping and DG is rising, they’re almost interchangebale. Both have a lot of awkward girls and a definite A/B team that keep them from being Top 4, theta is known for being classier and smarter while DG has a lot of ravers and chill girls
