fraternity ranks for fall 2018 pnms

Don’t be fooled by the whole “Greek village hype”. The established top fraternities are not participating in this.
Upper Top:
- Sigma Chi: great sorority relations, good parties, just got back on campus but had a strong off campus presence, unstable chapter
- Pi Kappa Alpha (Pike): Good inteamural sports, good parties, good sorority relations. Had some trouble with the school but now should be okay, recently stepped up campus involvement
- Delta Sig: throw good parties, have pretty good philanthropy involvement and campus involvement
Middle Top:
- Kappa Sigma: depending on who you are, you can put them in upper top or lower top. Good at sports, good parties good relations. They are a hit or miss which is why I put them in between top and lower.
Lower Top:
- Sigma Phi Epsilon (Sig Ep): was clear top house a few years ago, trouble with the school caused them to fall. Slightly still on a decline due to their unwillingness to throw joint events with other fraternities. Still a good group of guys who like to have a good time, have great campus involvement and good sports teams.
- DKE: DKE also is on a decline following sig chi’s decision to go on campus which caused the OFC to be weak. They are the only relevant off campus fraternity. That being said, they have great relations with sororities, great parties, and do have some cool philanthropy events (hockey game with Coyotes Alumni)

Upper Middle Tier:
- Lambda Chi Alpha (LXA): great academics, great sorority relations, “the Barrett fraternity”, barely parties
- Pi Kappa Phi (Pi Kapp): basically lambda but parties with top tier fraternities. On the rise. Good relations, academics, and pretty good solo social events.
Lower Middle Tier:
- Fiji: they have a plex, don’t really use it to their advantage, they have somehow coined the reputation of being creepy
- KA: just lost their plex, we’ll see what happens
- Delta Chi: throw good parties and good at sports
