frats of the future

Fraternities that will be good the next four years:
Lambda: good now, will continue to have good recruitment
Pi Kap: Same as Lambda
Pike: Bid lots of good people, really good A Team squad
Kappa Sig: have an insane amount of party houses
Chi Phi: Not very good right now but still good and quickly developing
Sig Ep: Have some handsome guys, and mayor was a sig ep, huge budget for greek village
ASig: improved from last year with better pledge classes then their last few, big house in the greek village
DChi: improved a lot this past year with much better looking PCs, and have been hanging around hotter girls.

Fraternities on the comedown/ won't make anything:
DSig: were a top house but lost the pyramid, don't have a house in the village, didn't think about the future
FIJI: were once good, Don't hear about them anymore, falling off the map
KA: were really bad this past year and lost the flex which wasn't even that great to begin with
SAE: new but they still suck and won't go anywhere
DKe: off campus and didn't do much this last semester trying to stay out of trouble
