We look for a lot of different things, some things that will definitely help are good grades in hs or college if you’re a sophomore, your involvement, if you’ve held any leadership positions, if you seem like a cool and fun person, if you’re cute and stylish (obviously looks play a part but it’s 100% not the only thing), knowing people that can vouch for you in that sorority already is probably the #1 thing that pnms don’t take for granted. If you’re looking to rush next fall, see if there’s any girls that went to your high school that are in a top sorority you want to join and reach out to them! It’s all about networking.

Rec letters don’t hurt! But yes all of the top tier sororities are a little harder to get into because more girls want them back so they’ll have to make more cuts so just try your best to be yourself and the right one will find you :)
