Before everyone attacks me these have nothing to do with tiers, some are top some are bottom lol. Just an opinion from coming around frats for the past 3 years.

Improved:
1.Sig Chi
2.TKE
3.Pike
4.Chi Phi
5.Lambda

Declined:
1. DKE
2.Sig EP
3.DTD
4. FIJI
5. ZBT? lol

In reality Kappa Sig, DKE, Sig Chi and Delta Sig are the only 4 important fraternities as they all actually throw down and know each other.

agreed, kappa sig and delta sig have pretty much stayed as good as ever, but im pretty sad about DKE this year :(

Chi Phi and TKE have most improved, Chi phi REALLY turned things around this year for their parties
