west 6th good place to live?

W6 is the most expensive and luxurious. They do not provide furniture so it’s a hassle when you’re a college student. Most people that live there aren’t looking for new friends because they found them.

The Rise apartment is a great alternative. Pretty lit.
Furniture comes with I.T.
Rooms are little smaller for the price of other places
Nice rooftop pool, rooftop gym and rooftop track
Geeds are always there constantly asking for swipe up but is doable (maintenance Is bad)

922 is a bootleg version of Rise
Their maintenance is 5x better from what I’ve heard. They’re pool isn’t that cool.

The Cottages is where most fraternity kids stay. Separate Lease condo homes. With a nice pool in the middle of the complex
Downside. I.T is over a mile west from campus but I.T does provide a shuttle that relays Monday-Saturday regular times

The District is in the same street as Rise and 922. Great security
Great layout and space. Room is furnished. Separate lease and will sub lease for summer. Maintenance is moderat. The gym is the best of all for what I.T includes. Provides parking for the
cheapest . I recommend

W6 is expensive and has its positives. The only thing negative about I.T is not being furnished. Keep looking and you should figure I.T out soon.
