official spring 18 frat ranks with explanations

Top tier
Kappa Sig - Still top house, just consistently good and stays out of trouble

DKE - Still top but hasn't done much this semester (apparently they are going on campus so they are staying out of trouble). If nothing changes next fall they will fall to upper mid.

Delta Sig - Been slowly climbing over the past 2-3 years and finally just hitting top tier. Been recruiting really well.

Upper Mid:

Sig Chi - Went from irrelevant to nearly top tier in a semester or two. Seriously been doing amazing this year. Still need more members but I think they'll easily be top tier next semester.

Pike - Also on the climb, has been recruiting qaulity over qauntity lately and has slowly been getting less rachet.

Sig Ep - Has been in a spiral for the past year or two but is finally getting back on their feet. Will probably stay upper mid.

Mid:

Pi Kapp/Lambda - Nerdy fraternities, top if you care about GPA, probably won't move much from where they are at.
