who will be top in 2-3 years?

Seems like some frats are going up and others going down. What do you think rankings will look like in the next few years?

I think top tiers will stay the same unless one gets kicked off. I do think Chi Phi and Sig Nu will become top tiers. Those two are way to slept on imo

Delta Sig, Pike, and Kappa Sig will be top if they stay out of trouble. Dsig and Pike just got to top so they have a ton of momentum with recent pledge classes. Ksig has taken a couple bad ones so they need to recruit better. SigEp needs a few good pledge classes and start throwing respectable parties if they wanna get back near top.

I do think the off campus ones will eventually have to come back on campus to keep their spots. Rankings will proably stay relatively the same but I do agree with the Chi Phi and Sig Nu comment

I think it's hard to tell with the greek village coming up next year. That can either ruin greek life completely for on campus fraternities or make it better.
