When it comes to sororities, there are 5 top houses and they’re all great chapters. Those 5 sororities are Delta Zeta, Alpha Phi, Pi Beta Phi, Kappa Alpha Theta & Alpha Chi Omega.
All of these sororities are very selective and drop most of the girls that go through recruitment after the first round. The two most selective ones are definitely APhi & Theta. Out of the 1,800 girls that rushed this fall, those two chapters cut over 1,200 just in the first round.

Fraternity rush isn’t as selective as sorority rush, as there are a lot more frats to choose from. It’s known amongst everyone Greek, or non-Greek that hang out with Greeks that these is a consistent top 5 sororities, with frats, it varies based on who you ask. The best on campus fraternities according to most people are Sigma Phi Epsilon, Sigma Chi, Lambda Chi Alpha, Delfa Sigma Phi & Kappa Sigma. Out of these 5 fraternities, Labdma & Sig Ep are the most selective and give out bids to less people than others. DKE is off campus and they’re still selective, but in different ways. They don’t look at GPA, but mostly just attractive dudes who pull.

while there are 5 top houses, the middle tier houses are also solid options where you can still have a lot of fun and be surrounded by amazing girls. the 4 bottom houses aren’t bad options, they just are seen as being more focused on sisterhood and less on being popular and social with fraternities. not to talk badly on any house, since you can find a great sisterhood in any of them, your tier preference may vary based on your personality or what your ideal house looks like.
