confused about sororitys

I'm new to ASU and I'm trying to do my research before spring rush, and I'm so confused on how AXO and Pi Phi are considered top houses since AXO "drops off the map after rush" and Pi Phi is like the most hated? I get they have hot girls but is that really it? Like I wanna join a sorority, but these "top" houses are confusing me

THAT IS BECAUSE THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS TOP HOUSE!!!! RANKINGS DO NOT EXIST OUTSIDE OF THIS WEBSITE!!! ANYONE WHO SAYS THEY DO IS A DESPERATE CHILD STUCK IN HIGH SCHOOL!!!
