AXO, Theta, APhi, DZ, PiPhi
If you're in any of these 5 houses, you're straight. You can get the most connections with frats and more opportunities to party with them. People will say "guys don't care what house you're in as long as you're hot" but I wouldn't say that's completely accurate. I'd much rather take a chick from one of these sororities to my formal than someone from ChiO or KKG.
Frats:
DKE, Kappa Sig, Sig Ep, DSig, Sig Chi
Unlike the sororities, the frat rankings can be more objective. Everyone in Greek life knows the consistent top 5 sororities, but with frats some people might disagree and say that Lambda, Pi Kapp or Pike deserve to be at the top, which is arguable cause the above 5 are the frats that consistently throw the most ragers and hang out with girls from top houses. All of these 5 frats have sweethearts only from the top 5 sororities, showing that they're top. That's not to say that girls don't go to other frats to party.

I agree about Pi Phi. Literally has been slipping so much the past 2 years. DSig has gotten so good the past couple of years i don't know how they've been slipping at all.
