Putting DZ and Aphi at the top because they both have really pretty girls and great frat relations. AXO above theta because Theta is dropping in ranks. AXO also has really beautiful girls. DG/KKG at the same level because even though DG is more involved, KKG is way better to party with IMO. They're both mid tier. Chi O is the last barely relevant just because they are very involved. Don't really see any hot ass girls in Chi O.
