top tier frats fall 17

theses are the houses that girls like going to the most, throw down the best, and have the hottest/coolest guys

kappa sig: killed it last year, has been on a slight decline. last few pledge classes were weak. still throw down hard

sig ep: had a terrible year last year but has picked it up this year and killed it with recruitment. parties are a bit lame but the guys are sweeet

delta sig: got on the board last fall and has been on the rise ever since. has been killing it with recruitment. need to throw down more (havent been there recently because they havent had anything)

sig chi: have really stepped it up while being back on campus! great parties but some of the guys can be a bit creepy. need to stop using other houses to boost themselves up but really stepped up from last year

dke: still have the hot older guys but recruitment has sucked. parties are all they have going for them but not sure for how much longer.

(Lambda, pike, pi kapp are all good houses too. not top tier yet but working their way there)
