good frats to rush as a sophomore?

I'm a sophomore thinking about rushing in the spring. Which frats are good in terms of philo and other stuff other than just parties? I don't really care about top tier but just want a frat with nice guys and good relations w sororities

DKE or kappa sig are top houses if you wanna have a great time, sig chi is up there too.
