sigep pledging process

I dont think theyre allowed to give out such info. Id say its hard, i remember last year someone posted a video of what seemed like a pledgr getting knocked by an active after shotgunning a beer.

Theirs imo is the worst at ASU (even worse than DKEs) just because while everyone else’s ends 2/3 of the way through the semester, theirs is a whole semester and then the next semester you aren’t even an active your still like a half Pledge that still has to do Pledge stuff...

Longest at asu, most time intensive at asu. They broke a pledges wrist and ribs a year ago. Very little is known about theirs vs everyone else's

The Balanced Man Program self-paced challenges allow for members to enter and exit challenges at their own pace. Let's say the chapter recruits a new member in November after formal recruitment. The members already in the Sigma challenge have completed three of the eight Sigma Challenge meetings that semester. Have that new member join the rest of the members in the Sigma challenge for the remaining four meetings. Then he can attend the first four meetings the next semester.

Sig Ep is becoming less and less dominant. Newer generations are looking for something different. These guys still think it's still the Animal House era.

Throughout the four year, single-tiered member development program, the Balanced Man Program builds a bond of lasting friendship that fosters an environment conducive to leadership and academics. Our brotherhood is built through four challenges that evolve through a member’s status in his college career. Within the Balanced Man Program, SigEps are exposed to leadership, experiential learning, personal development, mentoring, and other positive activities that focus on a core of universal respect and balanced living. Members track their progress through the Quest workbook, which evolves with a member from the day he joins SigEp to the day he graduates. Member expectations are based on experience level in the academic, campus and personal aspects of their lives and link those to the value and ritual of our fraternity.
