sorority spring rush 2018

If you put in preferences after the last round of formal recruitment you can’t rush again until next fall even if you don’t accept a bid or accept one and then drop. They literally make you listen to this speech before you go in. So op can’t rush.
As for which sororities, it’ll be the smallest chapters. Think SK, KD, ADPi and the like.
#6 by: Any chapter not at total
They should reset total right after school starts. Usually within 72 hours. Any group that is not at total (there have been top sororities take spring classes in the past) can spring recruit.
If op dropped out and didn't sign a bid card they are eligible to spring rush.
Contact Pan they will tell you who will be participating and at the very least put you on a list that is supplied to sororities that are participating.

No but the ones who dropped you probably won't take you unless you improve a lot
