off campus vs on campus frats?

I plan to rush next semester and would just like to know people's opinion on this.

DKE literally invented off campus here and made it work, after Sigma Chi went back on it’s really just them (TKE sucks). I’d say it depends, off campus is better for partying but sucks for other stuff. It doesn’t matter because I’m pretty sure they are going back on campus as well

Off campus is dead. DKE and TKE are struggling very hard

TKE has always been struggling but DKE is slightly slipping in recruitment however they'll just go back on capus when it actually starts hurting them...

Dke is the only relevant on campus house and they only were able go get a pledge class of 11. On has so many more perks
