what happens if you're in thetas group B? like what's the difference, do they just treat you bad or something

From what my roommates have told me B can't recruit or be on the Instagram. Stuff like that. A team is for marketing purposes. If I was B I would drop why would you stay in a sorority that is embarrassed to have you??
