best lower mid/ bottom frat pc?

Didnt get calls from anyone top tier so i wanna lower my standards and try again haha.

I'm talking about fraternities like Delt, Sig Pi, Sig Nu, Sig Tau, etc. What have yall heard?

Sig Tau has improved a lot lately. Delt and Sig Pi are okay

From what i've seen from Instagram, Chi Phi and Sig Nu did wayyyyyy better than I would've thought. Sig Tau is usually solid in every way but looks, and you cant really go wrong with joining SAE

I would stick with the new chapters either sig nu or sae. They have big national backings and chapters like chi phi and delt have been around a bit and done nothing great. I wouldnt classify sig tau as a lower middle anymore and put them pretty close to Fiji/Pike/Pi Kapp if we're being honest. Sig Pi is still newish but there's just something there that people dont like as much I cant be too specific

Sig tau is def nowhere near the level of those 3 frats. they dont have any cool guys at all and have so many geeds in letters.

Off campus frats like DKE do Sigma Chi are always looking.
