anyone interested to test a new tool for students?

How many of you here will be interested in a tool that can help you to manage all your class notes, tasks, manage time, share/discuss tasks and automatically schedule tasks and can give you suggestions on when to start/complete tasks based on your schedule/availability/interests and due date ?
