Congratulations on taking a chance with the newest NPC group on campus. Your open and creative mind may be just what these women are looking for within a new member.

Remember recruitment is a two-way street. They will expect questions and interested conversation from you as well as their explaining AOIIs purposes, policies and expectations. Engage and have fun!

Their September colony process is longer than regular formal recruitment, but AOII must consider the number of interested women and the expected new member class size when hosting events.
