Lambda Chi is the #1 fraternity at ASU therefor the most exclusive and difficult to get a bid. Lambda Chi consistently has the highest GPA with Pi Kap right behind. Difference is you need to be VGL or even hot to get a bid from Lambda Chi whereas Phi Kap just cares about grades.
