Does anybody know of any houses doing COB?

Probably everyone will. Especially after AOII finishes recruiting because SOOOO many girls dropped recruitment to rush AOII. A lot will also probably do spring.

thank you! I transferred here and didn't have the grades to be taken seriously by anyone during rush so I am hoping to do COB or spring

you do realize that COB is based on what houses need to reach quota, not the number of girls wanting to rush, right? It doesn't matter how many girls dropped if the houses still met quota, so.. if anything, AOII will lessen the need for COB
