well from what i can see this is how it went

THe top 4 stayed the same, but the middle tier started picking off some good girls. Pi Phi was the biggest drop of the top tier along with AXO.
DG might have improved some.
Middle Tier, KD looks like the biggest mover upward, that started last yr actually. And Chi O wasn't far behind... everybody else stayed the same.
Give this another year and we might have some middle tier pop up to top and top drop down to middle. Looks like girls that want sisterhood realize some of the top tier are all about rush and looks... then its a disaster once your in.. and no fun.
