Sorry but based on the pics posted APhi and AXO got the top girls. PiPhi and DZ did not do as well

No offense but I looked at all the chapters Instagrams and you look at tagged pics on axo's that's where you'll find the "less attractive" ones. They're good at hiding them on social media I guess?

what do you mean by a good PC? My chapter is very happy with our PC. They are cute, smart, friendly. They are the girls we wanted. We got the best PC.
i don't know about other chapters.
now if your talking recruitment strength based on pnm rankings that might be a different story. look on campus director your rankings are there.

TBH I think pi phi's pledge class just sent them down in rankings. A phi's was better
