Is it hard to get a bid from them? Also are they too house? Been hearing a lot about their duplex and parties

They are upper mid and getting a bid is probably somewhat difficult

They are definitely one of the top houses. Been very selective the past couple of years too, probably pretty difficult to get a bid.

Upper mid, not too hard to get a bid. They, like other top houses as well all have a good amount of goobers
