just wondering

I came across a certain girls instagram (GD) and was wondering why she isn't in a "top" chapter if she is so pretty/popular?

Because there really isn't a difference between "top" and "bottom" houses. Every house at ASU has beautiful, smart, and popular girls.

Assuming I know who you're talking about, I'm friends with her and she is a genuine person she made a decision based on the girls in the house not the reputation. "Top house" at ASU isn't a thing we have a few of them and she is in one of them. Just because she's not in a house known to be the "prettiest girls" shows that she chose a house based on personality and other things. Just as every other girl should do. No hate towards any house.
