Top fraternities: No particular order, each house can be interchanged depending on what you find makes a top house

Kappa Sig- Girls like them because they are fun guys and thrown down. They have okay sports however their campus involvement is not very good compared to others.
Lambda Chi- Girls like them because they are nice guys & attractive guys. They party but their parties are not as fun as other fraternities. Academics is important to them, and just average sports now.
Sig Ep- Mainly chill guys, was the undisputed top tier like a year and a half ago but ASU has censored them hard. Starting to get less selective during rush as seen by the last two classes who have some weird dudes. But girls still like them and they are just well liked guys all around.
Delta Sig- Have been getting better relations with sororities. They do not have that great of parties honestly but are pretty rowdy on mill. They definitely tried hard to be the next sig ep but they only took guys with good looks and not much personality.

Upper middle:
DKE- OFF CAMPUS, only are relevant because older attractive girls still go to their parties. Rowdy guys but contribute nothing to society
Pi Kapp- Nice guys, very academic focused. Basically Lambda's little brother that is less attractive. Still well liked by sororities though!
Pike- A mix of guys. lots of athletic rowdy guys however a handful of creepy and weird guys. However better than they were before
