Delta Sig is extremely average in every way. They've had one good pledge class in 3 years and their "good" pledge class is what a top Teri fraternity would consider average.
They never win intramurals. They never win philos. They don't have a real pledge process. They don't have real brotherhood. They don't have good parties. They are the epitome of a middle tier average fraternity.

This is so inaccurate hahaha stop hating. They have some weaknesses such as their older guys being kinda average, but the points you made are very wrong. They won DZ dukeout a year ago, have solid parties, etc. A pike or FIJI probably posted this trying to sneak their way to the top, don't trust everything you read on here
