Pi Phi is going downhill. Aphi is better now and is taking top house. They're still above DZ and Axo though. Axo goes into hiding after recruitment. Those are the top 4 houses tough. DZ is still about AXO though

AXO has improved a lot but they need to realize they can't never be "top tier" until they are involved and actually do something

Based on all the negative comments/posts about AXO from PiPhi it appears that PIPhi are the trolls....just saying. You guys are bringing a lot of negative attention
