Kappa Sig - Raging on the weekend kind of guys with a chill vibe on weekdays. Big on weed. Associates with Alpha Phi the most
DKE - they like to party and have established themselves as the bad boys/douchebags. Girls go crazy for them. Great looking guys.
Lambda - well rounded fraternity. Great GPA and most involved fraternity. Super well rounded with great relationships. Nerdy athletic kind of guys.
Delta Sig - super tryhard fraternity with a big sorority presence. Extremely friendly and sociable. Good looking kids. Associates with Pi Phi the most.
%%Limbo between Top and Upper Mid Tier%%
Sig Ep - Atheltic great looking high school jog kind of guys. Girls go crazy for them too. Social prescene is fading away still a very solid fraternity.
%%%% Upper Middle Tier %%%%
Fiji - most traditional fraternity. Only house with a complex allowed to throw recognized social events. Great sorority relations. Some creepy guys though.
PIKE - extremely douchey vibe. Very athletic fraternity. Parties are hit or miss
Pi Kapp - great philanthropy with a big involvement on campus. Nerdy and friend zone kind of guys. Girls like them very much.

%%%%Honorable Mention%%%% Sig Chi - good looking guys that are very social and party hard. Super small chapter though
Sig Tau - well rounded fraternity with solid sorority relationships. Some goobers though. Need to step up recruitment

I was thinkin that too... it's gonna be another semester or two before Dsig replaces Sig Ep

i doubt that happens. Sigep had a down year, dsig had an up year, but i doubt that trend continues indefinitely.
