How is Pi Phi top house but all of the girls on their instagram aren't the hottest? I just don't get how they are considered top house. Top tier yes, but not top house. They seem mean

They aren't mean at all? They're some of the nicest girls you'll ever meet and they actually have good values unlike some other sororities

Are they though? Seems like they are posting alot of stuff on here about other houses, and if anyone says they are anything other than top they go off on them. Doesnt sound very nice to me.
