It says they went on suspension so when they come back this fall are they still the old chapter where old members are automatically in, or is it like a new chapter colonizing

SAE is coming back but all the old members are long gone so this is a totally new SAE

SAE got kicked off because a kid got too drunk and died in the streets or something. This was a long time ago so now they are allowed back but because they have no old members they will be absolutely horrible for a few years and I wouldn't even consider rushing them
