not in either, but aepi has a history of being relevant at asu, had a house on alpha drive, then had a plex, etc. Sammy is (relatively) new and has never been anything but bottom tier. I'm sure the difference in their alumni is huge. AEPi has some chance of regaining former glory. That is impossible for sammy since theyve had enough time to prove what they can be, and that's nothing
