Top Tier:
Kappa sigma- great parties, good sorority relations, big on sports, lots of brothers, close with alpha phi
Sig Ep- used to be great, falling fast due to lack of large social functions, good sorority relations
Delta sig- rising due to increased sorority relations and better pledge classes, good parties, close with Pi phi
Lambda- Barrett kids, good on academics, week social scene, nice guys, soririties like them, best philanthropy
PIKE- was awful 2 years ago, rose quickly, douchebag vibe, great parties especially pool parties, pledge classes are getting better, lots of brothers, big on sports, close with DZ and AXO
Mid tier:
DKE- only middle because they are off campus, best parties on campus
FIJI- have an actual house called the plex, fell a lot last year, overall good guys with good sorority relations. Close with AXO.
Pi Kapp- nice guys, smart, okay social scene
Sigma Chi- off campus, big parties, not too much going for them unless they come back on campus
Sig Tau- rose last year quite a bit, okay social scene, still associates with Chi O, will get better in the next 2 years.
